BRAMBLE - JUN DRY

Ingredients:

5 cl JUN DRY | 2.5 cl lemon juice | 2.5 cl simple syrup | 1.5 cl creme de mure (blackberry liqueur)

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients together without the creme de mure.

Pour in a short glass with ice, topped with crushed ice.

Pour the creme de mure over the crushed ice and garnish with some berries.

JUN FIZZ - JUN BOTANIC

Ingredients:

5 cl JUN BOTANIC | 2.5 cl lemon juice | 2.5 cl simple syrup 

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients.Pour into a long drink with ice, top with soda.

Garnish with a lemon slice and cherry.

STRESS RELIEVER - JUN DRY

Ingredients:

5 cl JUN DRY | 2 cl APEROL | 0.5 CL ARCHERS | 1 cl Lemon juice | 2 cl grapefruit juice | 1.5 cl Rosemary syrup

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients and double strain into a short drink with ice.

LEBANESE BREAKFAST MARTINI - JUN BOTANIC

Ingredients:

5 cl JUN SESAME INFUSED | 2.5 cl lemon juice | 2.5 cl simple syrup | 0.25 cl thyme distillate | 2.5 cl Aquafaba 

Instructions:

Shake all ingredients and double strain into a chilled coupette. 

Spray with orange blossom.
